During the quarantine period, several businesses have emerged with home cooks finally sharing their best-kept specialty dishes to the public. The Pantry Project Manila , an "online pantry," recently opened its doors to local culinary trailblazers and provided them with an online platform where they can share and sell their select and promising dishes. Among these select dishes is what they call “badass bopis” carefully crafted by Tita Belen who is also the owner of Marta’s.
